SR Kim is the CEO and Managing Director of Kinsale Maritime. With a Bachelor’s degree from the Korea Maritime and Ocean University (1989) in Busan, South Korea, He began work at Howe Robinson (1991) in London and Mitsubishi UF J Lease & Finance(1995) before becoming the Representative Director of Mutual Sale & Purchase in South Korea in 1997. In 2004, he gained a Master’s degree from Cass Business School in London, where he was inspired to found Cass Maritime Ltd(2004) based in both London and Seoul, which later expanded to Greece(2006), Tokyo(2006), Shanghai(2006) and Hong Kong(2011). In 2014 he became the CEO and President of Kinsale Maritime Ptd Ltd and was nominated as an exclusive Finance Broker for Royal Malaysia Navy. His other nominations include exclusive Finance broker for MMEA, Bali Benoa Power Plant LNG Supply Solution broker in 2015 and as a Sapura FPP consultant in 2016. SR is also the adviser of oversea trade in Busan since 2009, a Panel of the World 100 Golf Course at Golf Digest since 2012 and the author of ‘Wise Riches Invest in Ships’.
